Bursts of laughing, hype, shock and "clip it" in chat.
Viewer clips
Clips your viewers made during the stream. Twitch records where each one sits in the VOD, so they mark moments people already cared about.
Audio and transcript
Laughter, screams, cheering and loud reactions, plus a full transcript, so stories and hot takes get found even when chat is quiet.
An AI model also looks at a low-resolution copy of the stream. Each pick shows the reasons behind it, so you can skip the weak ones fast.
Then fix it in a real editor
Auto-picked clips often start a second too late or cut someone off. In vodformer you drag the edges past the AI's cut, delete words from the transcript, and switch layouts: facecam on top of gameplay, facecam full frame, or gameplay over a blurred copy of itself.
No account link needed
A public VOD link is enough. You don't connect or authorize anything. If an import ever fails, upload the file instead.

Do I need to connect my Twitch account?
No. vodformer imports a VOD from its link. There is nothing to authorize and no access to your channel.
Which Twitch links work?
Links to past broadcasts, like twitch.tv/videos/1234567890. The VOD has to be public and still on Twitch, which deletes past broadcasts after a while, so import soon after the stream.
Can I start from a Twitch clip instead of the whole VOD?
No, vodformer works from the whole VOD. Clips viewers already made on that VOD count as a signal when it picks moments.
Can I clip someone else’s Twitch stream?
You can import any public VOD, but whether you may post clips of it is up to you and the streamer. Ask them first.
Is vodformer free?
Yes, during the closed alpha. Each tester gets a daily processing allowance that resets at 00:00 UTC. Paid plans come later; when they do, they will be priced by hours of source video, never per clip.
How do I get in?
Join the waitlist. The alpha is invite only and small, so we invite people in batches and email you when there is a spot.
Do exported clips have a watermark?
No. vodformer never adds a watermark, on any plan.
Does vodformer post to TikTok or YouTube for me?
Not yet. You download an MP4 and post it yourself.
